You can edit the text that repeats itself each fax (such as your fax number and telephone number). Leave the information that will change per fax blank to fill out when relevant. How to Make Custom Fax Covers

1. Open the fax cover maker.
2. Select a fax cover sheet template. You can edit all elements but if you select a template that is closest to the final version that you would like to create then it will be easier to customize. You can also use the fax cover sheet example as is if you don’t want to make any changes.
3. Edit the text.
4. Add logo (optional).
5. Download.
6. Print.

Blank Fax Cover Sheet

Each template is 100% editable so if you want to create a blank fax cover sheet then delete any elements that you don’t want on the page.

To delete an element, select it and then click on the trash can.

Basic Fax Cover Sheet

Feel free to make any changes that you want to the sample page layout. A basic fax cover sheet should include your telephone number in case the fax did not come out clearly. It should also state how many pages were sent so that the recipient can count the pages and know if any are missing.

There are other details that are helpful to include such as the fax number you are sending to and from. The recipient’s name is also important particularly when the fax is used by multiple people.

How Many Pages Does My Fax Have?

Many people are not sure whether or not to count the cover sheet as a page when listing the number of pages. The cover page should be included in the number of pages listed. For example, if you are sending a two-page fax you should list 3 pages. If you want to prevent any misunderstandings you can write 3 (including cover page).

How to Add or Remove the Logo

If you do not want to add a logo then select a template without a logo. The logo cannot be removed.

To add a logo, click on the sample logo and then upload your own logo.

Move the logo around until you are satisfied with the position.

Can I change the colors?

You can change the color of each element but in order to send a color fax you have to ensure that your fax is able to send color faxes and that the recipient’s fax is able to receive color faxes.

Add QR Code

You can also add a QR code to your fax. To do so, click on the icon in the top right corner.
